Responsibilities
Direct and lead specialist training functions and conduct specialist training in support of TSI.
Identify and work to achieve meaningful and practical objectives in the course of duties that reflect and satisfy the overall needs of the section and wider business.
Understand and strive to exceed the expectations of internal/external Customers and stakeholders.
Understand how the business performs, its operating procedures and deliverables, in order to achieve objectives associated with the role

Undertake all mandatory and developmental training as deemed appropriate by the business
Subscribe to and actively participate in the PDR process
Strive to adhere to acceptable standards of behaviour and performance as expected by the business and defined in Company policy
Ensure the general welfare of students in assigned areas during training activities and monitor their performance so that each individual achieves maximum progress towards the training objectives
Carry out analysis, design, production, development and delivery of new and existing training courses, ensuring they are aligned to meet the customer s needs in terms of time, cost and specification. Research, write and validate advanced training notes Deliver/Supervise practical based OJT / training consolidation.
Job Requirements:
A Diploma or equivalent in a Logistics discipline.
Graduate of an advanced military trade school or an industrial training establishment and have 5 years practical experience in Supply Management Systems.
Specialty Instructors whose native language is not English shall have a standard of English language as appropriate to the role. The PC shall ensure English language standards of the staff through training and evaluation, where appropriate.
All new SN specialty Instructors will be required to provide an in date IELTS certificate at a minimum overall score of IELTS 5.0 with speaking and listening band scores at 5.0 when recruited.
A recognised formal instructor qualification.
A minimum of 2 years teaching/instructional experience within the last 6 years.
The ability to deliver course material in clear and appropriately graded English is essential.
