ABOUT THE POSITION:

We're seeking a Support Assistant to join the Consulting department in our Riyadh office. In this pivotal role, you'll manage a range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll be an integral part of our collaborative team, actively contributing to our organizational goals and enhancing overall efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Under the direct supervision of the Head of the Consulting Department, you will provide:
  • Project assistance: Assist project managers in project monitoring activities, invoicing to clients, deliverable submission, and client correspondence.
  • Administrative support: Perform diverse administrative tasks such as minute-taking at meetings, generation of purchase orders, and report generation.
  • Translation: support on document translation activities in English and Arabic languages for project documents and communications using translation software.
  • Travel arrangements: Coordinate and manage travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation for staff and executives.
  • Communication handling: Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and professional responses across various channels.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist on arranging meetings, workshops and company events, handling logistical details.
  • Issue resolution: Address and resolve administrative and logistical issues promptly, maintaining high service standards.

CADIDATE'S PROFILE:

Minium 2 years experience in administrative or operational support roles.

Academic degree in Administration, Management, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

High communications skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

English language proficiency qualifications such as TOEFL or IELTS certification are a plus.

Ability to work independently with an innovative spirit.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Due to project requirements, the candidate shall be a Saudi citizen.
