Missions/Main Duties
- Lead and manage all survey operations for transportation projects.
- Design and implement survey methodologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the training and mentoring of junior survey engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to provide essential survey data.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct fieldwork to gather high-precision data, including topographic and boundary surveys.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to enhance data collection processes.
Profile/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering major survey.
- At least 10 years of experience in survey engineering, with a focus on transportation projects.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in survey software and equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and GIS applications.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, construction plans, and legal land descriptions.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
