Responsibilities:
- Assist building systems designed for new applications and ensure it is properly installed and configured for customers and End users.
- Administrate all NI systems within the Scope of the Systems team including (AD, DHCP, DNS, O365, Jira, Citrix, FTP, TrendMicro deep security, BitLocker, RSA secure ID (2FA),BigFix patching management, CA, PRTG, MS SQL, Business filesservices Restoration)
- Troubleshooting and monitoring NI Systems, Directory services, Application delivery, security controls, Licenses....etc.
- Cooperate with IT teams to establish new projects, plans and other work cases.
- Get required approval from Systems Team Head before introducing any changes to the system.
- Complete testing procedures before implementation on production environment.
- Reporting Cases, Incidents, changes to the Systems Team Head
- Set controls for access, usage and utilizing NI systems
- Provide training sessions for the IT department for using all new systems and applications.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Company.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology
- 1+ years of experience in relevant field, within multinational Companies.
- Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.
Desirable Certificates:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- ITIL Foundation
