System Center Service Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Center Service Manager at Raqmeyat in Riyadh. The role involves managing day-to-day activities related to the System Center Service Manager, ensuring smooth operations, handling service requests, and implementing IT solutions to meet business needs.

• Experience with System Center Service Manager, IT service management, and ITIL framework
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and services
• Proficiency in cloud computing and cybersecurity
• Expertise in data center and networking management
• Ability to develop and implement web development solutions
• Experience in managing SLA and providing managed services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
