Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a experienced Systems Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and supporting critical enterprise systems such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM, Trend Micro Antivirus, Cyber Eye, and Certificate Authority (CA). As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the health, performance, and security of our infrastructure while ensuring continuous availability of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Directory Management:
  • Administer, configure, and support Active Directory (AD) environments.
  • Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), user, and computer accounts.
  • Perform AD replication monitoring and resolve related issues.

  • DNS & DHCP Services:
  • Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services within the organization.
  • Ensure optimal performance and security of these services.

  • Exchange Server Support:
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Exchange environment (On-premise or hybrid).
  • Manage mailboxes, transport rules, and server health.

  • Office 365 Administration:
  • Administer and support Office 365 cloud-based applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.).
  • Ensure the seamless integration and operation of Office 365 with on-premises systems.

  • SCCM Management:
  • Deploy, configure, and manage software, updates, and operating systems through System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Monitor and ensure the efficient operation of SCCM infrastructure.

  • Antivirus Management (Trend Micro):
  • Configure and manage Trend Micro antivirus solutions across the network.
  • Monitor for threats, handle virus outbreaks, and ensure endpoint security.

  • Cyber Eye:
  • Administer and monitor Cyber Eye solutions for endpoint detection and response (EDR).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents and alarms.

  • Certificate Authority (CA) Management:
  • Manage and support internal Certificate Authorities (CA) for secure communications.
  • Issue and manage digital certificates for servers, users, and services.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, Office 365, SCCM, Trend Micro Antivirus, Cyber Eye, and CA.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server OS, Linux, and cloud-based services.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Batch) for automation of system tasks.
  • Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and enterprise firewall management.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and documentation skills.
