About the role:
This function must be a part of the HIA digital and Commercial team, in order to build and maintain digital systems would support HIA IT in creating, testing, launching, and maintaining digital apps for travellers and corporate customers. The position would need applying new abilities in accordance with priorities and learning new technical stacks.
Key responsibilities
Development and support of HIA Mobile & Kiosk Apps across the teams portfolio.
Participate in various phases of project life cycles including design, development, testing, quality assurance, deployment and support.
You must have good experience in system design and development using popular mobile programming platforms e.g. Android & Flutter.
Experience developing AI/NLP applications using Python is good to have.
Must be able to identify, troubleshoot and mitigate application performance issues by providing solutions accordingly.
This role is important in delivering benefits to passengers and business users through good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure within a dynamic landscape.
Qualifications
About you:
Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Minimum 5 Years experience in Android app development is required.
Strong experience in developing apps using technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Node.js and Python is essential to the role.
Experience deploying & maintaining kiosk applications is a must have.
Knowledge of using Version Control tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub is required.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong written and verbal communication.
Good understanding of international frameworks such as ISO 20000, ISO 27001 with ITIL v4 certification preferred.
Strong analytical skills is a plus.
Experience in configuring & maintaining site kiosk is a must have.
