As a Systems Development Supervisor ,you will lead the enhancement and maintenance of e-service platforms, ensuring all processes are efficient, secure, and up to organizational standards. They manage development projects through their entire lifecycle, from conception to deployment, while also providing second-level support for complex issues. Additionally, they oversee automation development initiatives and participate in system testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain all new processes on the e-service platforms.
Manage and maintain development codes according to standards.
Ensure secure coding practices.
Manage and maintain automation development initiatives.
Serve as a member of the Level 2 support team.
Manage development as per the standard lifecycle of codes.
Participate in the system testing team.
Perform other duties as requested within the scope of the job.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We are Looking for:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology.
Over 5 years of experience in system development.
Over 3 years of experience in platforms with initial codes.
Over 2 years of experience in building application programming interfaces (APIs).
Experience in system analysis and software development lifecycle.
