Qualification, And Experience
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or relatedfield.
Must have excellent Windows desktop support experience with excellentcommunication skills.
Must have experience in working with Windows Server 2016 and newer versions.
Must have experience in remote control software.
Must be customer oriented and should have hands on experience of supportingbusiness users for various IT services and applications.
Solid understanding and working experience of IT Service Management conceptssuch as SLA, Service Requests, Support Requests, Change Management, etc.
Must have experience in working on and supporting any Helpdesk ticketingsolution.
Strong knowledge of IT security, controls, and network infrastructure, withsome IT planning experience.
Certifications like MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM; A+; HP Service Technician orequivalent.
Three or more years experience in handling various Microsoft systems andinfrastructure technologies e.g., Backup, Servers, Storage, etc.
