As an IT Specialist for Apple Gadgets, you will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting cellphone storage, demonstrating usage, and maintaining gadgets, ensuring they are always in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gadgets like iPhone, iPad, Macbook
- Demonstrates cellphone usage specially iPhone brand
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of gadgets
- Replace faulty parts and components as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest gadget models and technology
- Offer technical support and assistance for any gadget-related issues
- Adhere to all security protocols and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services provided
Requirements
- Prior experience in cellphone repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of different cellphone brands, models, and their specifications especially Apple gadgets
- Proficiency in using cellphone repair tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Must be in UAE
