Job Description
To deliver tasks to ensure the successful delivery of all marketing scheduled activities and campaigns for exhibitions, through running and facilitating required reports, liaising with media partners and ensuring all digital content is up to date and operational.
Working with the Marketing Manager, senior stakeholders and external vendors to support the overarching marketing strategy and commercial objectives through increased brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery and tracking of all planned campaigns
- Coordinate requirements with Media Partners ensuring adherence to timelines and plans
- Support web content uploads and tracking changes and upgrades
- Monitoring the activation of all scheduled online and offline campaigns
- Complete analysis projects which may include retention, inquiry conversion, group analysis, or other demographics.
- Identifying and tracking marketing codes to ensure all projects deliver accurate, measurable results.
- Ensure updated awareness of the structure, design, functionality and coding of the database(s)
- Conducts market research to understand customer, competitor and market trends.
- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing concepts to enhance and grow show brand recognition and reach
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Liaise with internal/external design teams to meet the deadlines
- Build positive relationships with external vendors, process all payment orders on time
- Support and work closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive in translating the marketing ideas into campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Expert in Microsoft Office (preferably Microsoft PowerPoint and excel)

- Minimum of one year experience
