- Search for the ideal resume on job portals.
Communicate with potential candidates and their employers.- Assess their fit from an administrative perspective (visa status, location, then qualification, experience, rates, and other relevant aspects)
Gather, resumes, ids, certifications, and relevant information as required for the position in the submission format.
- Submit suitable candidates to the managers.
Keep track of information received and forwarded internally.- Organize meetings for potential candidates with vendor manager.
Need to initial shortlisting conversations with sales for potential candidates.
- Submit and participate in interviews.
Good communication skill (both spoken and written)
- MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
Great interactive skills over the phone
