About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available with the BFL Group Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who is looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition coordinator role serves to support the Talent Acquisition team (partner) in administrative related tasks to ensure the completion of the Talent Acquisition/recruitment lifecycle.

The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company's profile as a Great Place to Work. And to develop a fair and equitable compensation and benefits package that suits and is aligned with the company's strategy and business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks, indeed, etc.)
  • Review and follow up on employment applications, visa documents, monitoring excel sheet and background check reports for all new joiners.
  • Prepare and send the needed Job offer letter; Also, coordinate and follow up with the concern parties regarding the MOL and all legal papers for new joiners.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews, greeting candidates and managing feedback support to and from candidates
  • Attend to administrative and additional task as assigned within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Monitor and follow up the documents for new joining, including the probation evaluation, induction and orientation through our process.
  • Maintain adhoc reports and analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field
  • Minimum 0-6 months plus of experience in HR/Admin; retail background is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Strong MS excel ability and English writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
