We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive
Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in scouting and acquiring top-tier talent to fuel our continuous growth and maintain our status as a global leader in our field.
Job Brief:
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes (posting/advertising, screening and applicant pool development, requisition/applicant tracking, and selection services).
- Assist with training programs for staff by coordinating training sessions & materials
- Participating in newcomer orientations, onboarding and update records.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes.
- Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of human resources & communicating any violations.
- Assists the Human Resources Management in conferring with Departmental Managers to resolve operational problems and promote communications.
- Assisting in preparation of special events such as celebrations and other office or company gatherings.
- Responsible for filing and collecting any missing documents in the employees files.
- Producing and submitting quarterly HR reports.
- Take on other ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration English Section - or relevant field, additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
- 0 to 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Very good command of English language, written and spoken.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
