Join our team at Awe Research as an Talent Acquisition Executive!

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to offer preparation. This role involves staying up-to-date with job market trends and finding innovative ways to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
  • Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Proactively maintain a dynamic flow of candidates, ensuring a consistent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Constantly explore and identify new channels to acquire high-quality candidates.
  1. Job Description Management
  • Ensure job descriptions are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current responsibilities and expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements and desired qualifications.
  1. Recruitment Process Management
  • Update and manage the recruitment tracker to monitor candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and process offer letters, ensuring alignment with company policies and salary structures.
  1. University Relations & Employment Fairs
  • Recommend and participate in employment fairs and establish relationships with universities to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions to identify opportunities for internships and early-career talent.
  1. Candidate Engagement & Experience
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer.
  • Engage with candidates regularly to keep them informed and interested throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven ability to source passive talent and manage multiple recruitment channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
