Property Recruitment Focus
To support our business expansion in the property sector, we are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our growing HR team. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent for roles within the property division. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting exceptional talent and supporting the strategic growth of our property business.

What you'll be working on:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for property-related positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and making offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and set clear criteria for qualification and required skills for property roles.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and effective assessment techniques.
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific networks, to find top talent for the property sector.
- Assist in organizing and participating in property-specific career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
- Recommend and implement creative employer branding strategies to attract top talent, including social media campaigns, targeted job advertisements, and outreach to property industry groups.
- Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting HR inductions and relevant training for new team members.
- Encourage employee referrals and promote internal talent acquisition initiatives to build a robust pipeline for property roles.
What we're looking for:
- At least a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring for property, real estate, or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for property-related positions.
- Knowledge of property industry trends and the ability to identify top talent within the sector.
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
