Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.
Job Description
- During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/ her major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him / her to the work environment.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Assisting recruiters in sourcing and screening for junior-level positions.
- Supporting recruiters in initial screening interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, and skills.
- Supporting in building relationships with universities, attending career fairs, and organizing campus recruitment events.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Updating and maintaining candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- 0 -1 year experience with GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job.
- Should not be currently employed.
- Good usage of Microsoft software.
- Should not have previously participated in Tamheer for the past 6 months.
