Brief about the Job:

A talent acquisition lead is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within an organization. Duties may include developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

The main responsibilities of a talent acquisition lead:

1. Managing the recruitment process till Negotiating the job offers

2. Building and maintaining relationships with all hiring stakeholders (Hiring Managers , Recruitment Agencies ...

3. Overseeing the sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.

4. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

5. Manage partnership with universities and other Recruitment Branding activities

Minimum Years of Experience:

1- Minimum 5 years of Experience in same field with majority in banking or any other financial sector.

2- HR Diploma or Post gradate studies is a must.

3- Familiar with the Tech Hiring.
