Tagaddod is looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify hiring needs and build a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various roles
- Lead the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across the organization
- Conduct manpower planning in collaboration with department heads, forecasting talent needs to support business growth.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on job specifications
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Tagaddod's reputation
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize hiring strategies and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Conduct training and mentoring for the recruitment team, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition
- Previous experience in tech & blue collar hiring
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools
- Proven experience in managing and developing a recruitment team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
