Responsible for company's Full cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies as well as in finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals. Assist in HR Administrative related task.
Manage and own the full recruitment life cycle from A to Z for your region, with limited support from your manager.
You will focus on various roles, varying in seniority across geographies, sector verticals, and functions. Experienced in Talent acquisition to source Technically hard skill sets through a variety of methods:
Head hunting, social media, referral centric sourcing strategies, professional networking, search & selection, behavioral interviewing.
In addition to this continuously provide new solutions and ideas for sourcing new methods to attract talent. This can be through new job boards, seeking and attending relevant conferences, building up talent pools.
Working closely with HR team and across the business, ensuring you are able to successfully take in a brief and articulate with Management from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. This will involve asking/seeking questions and challenging management on key decisions to ensure this adheres to the recruitment process.
In addition to this driving forward new ideas which can help to streamline processes which help speed up the recruitment. Qualification & Selection
Have the ability to measure the caliber and competence of candidates against strict requirements and briefs provided.
At all stages of the recruitment process ensures credibility is maintained through effective feedback.
Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidate. Successfully liaise with mobilization and HR team to ensure the successful on boarding of the candidate. Any HR related administrative duties as required.
Skills & Qualification
Good knowledge of relevant computer applications, e.g., MS Office etc.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Excellent communication skills
Solid knowledge of recruiting Strategies policies and best practices
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
