Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, aligning with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs, forecast staffing requirements, and develop workforce plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Engage with candidates through various channels, providing information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to build interest and excitement about the organization.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with position requirements and organizational values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate interview processes, provide guidance on candidate evaluation, and make hiring recommendations.
- Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a positive and memorable candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Implement strategies to enhance the candidate journey, from initial contact through onboarding, to create a seamless and engaging experience for candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction, to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification in HR is a plus.
- 5 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies.
