Talent Acquisition Manager - Investment Holding Company

Our client is a market leading investment holding company based in the UAE with a global investment portfolio. They are looking to fortify their existing talent acquisition team by hiring a talent acquisition manager with 7-8 years of experience. The ideal career path would see candidates starting their career in an executive search firm and then moving to an inhouse role where they would have been exposed to stakeholder engagement and talent acquisition strategies. Candidates who have experience working in APAC, UK, Europe or Canada are preferred to the current talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and employ competent applicants.
• Source applicants through numerous avenues, including as job boards, social media, networking, employee recommendations, and create and sustain talent pipelines for future employment requirements.
• Promoting the company's employer brand to attract high-quality prospects by providing an amazing applicant experience throughout the recruitment process while.
• Develop a comprehensive recruitment procedure for candidates and line managers and prepare regularly report on recruiting metrics and KPIs to upper management.
• Offers post-recruitment support, including security clearance, compensation proposals, offers, and contracts, as well as onboarding.

Key Requirements:

• 7-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates would have ideally worked in an agency and then moved in house.
• Understanding of the Asset Management Industry is a must.
• Team Management Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
