Recruitment: Source and hire sales experts on both commission and salary models.

Onboarding & Induction: Oversee seamless onboarding, training, and integration of new hires.Contracts & Documentation: Handle employment contracts and maintain accurate records.

• Offboarding: Manage the exit process with professionalism and efficiency.

Experience: Proven track record in sales recruitment and HR management.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labour laws and sales compensation models.
