Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, utilizing both online and offline channels.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the position and capture the attention of potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate the interview process, scheduling appointments and preparing hiring managers.
  • Manage and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Qualification

  • sMinimum 6 months experience as a recruiter in a mass hiring company (BPO
  • )B2/C1 English Speake
  • rExperience in recruitment processes and strategie
  • sKnowledge of HR policies and regulation
