Chedid Capital, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for implementing and managing all aspects of the recruitment processes, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires.

Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Source potential candidates through different channels
- Conduct Interviews with potential candidates
- Share job offers with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing and communicating onboarding programs for new hires.
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, HR interviews, and hiring, to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the Group's career page and other job boards.
- Manage the administration of the probation process.
- Manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and program coordination.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in recruiting events and activities to attract top talent and promote the organization's employer brand.
- Suggest improvements to automate Talent Acquisition processes and ensure efficiency in recruitment operations.
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions.
- Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
- Input Talent Acquisition data to maintain accurate database and reporting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to schedule technical interviews and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
- Participate in the development of reports to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Perform any other duties as requested to support the overall Talent Acquisition function and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
