Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arcsen, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth by attracting and recruiting top-tier talent. This role encompasses the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to finalizing offers and onboarding. You will also actively participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Arcsen's reputation as an employer of choice and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to optimize talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance Coberg's employer brand, both internally and externally
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with external recruitment agencies and other partners to leverage their networks and resources effectively
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to track metrics, analyze trends, and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about recruitment trends, legal developments, and industry best practices to ensure Coberg's recruitment processes are fair, efficient, and compliant

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of Experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist in Consulting or Technology
  • Experience: Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various levels and functions
  • Skills: Strong understanding of employer branding strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment strategies and best practices, preferably within the technology sector
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
