Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent in the market.- Participate in job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to represent the company and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the REAL ESTATE industry or a related field.
Proven track record of successful recruitment at all levels within an organization.- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the Dubai labour market and local employment laws.- Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
