A reputable FinTech company located in Nasr City is seeking to hire immediately a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for posting job ads, doing initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. You will assist other recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
Assist in the Mass hiring process and handle communication with various candidates.
Assist the Talent Management team in screening resumes.
Conduct initial phone screens.
Schedule calls and interviews.
Manage the calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
Participate in recruiting events.
Complete administrative tasks such as obtaining references from previous employers, and obtaining background checks and paperwork.
Requirements and skills:
2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Familiarity with the entire recruitment cycle.
Ability to juggle multiple calendars
Problem-solving aptitude
Call Center or FinTech background is preferable.
