Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycles, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely feedback, and creating a seamless recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
