The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates being recruited for positions being filled. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates. Establishing communication with hiring managers/ candidates. Conducting comprehensive analysis of CVs for vacant jobs to determine applicants suitability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in human resources management/ Personnel Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment. Preferably with Military Aviation, large Airline Operator or Aerospace industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Customer centric approach with ability to deliver results.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible to execute and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from staff requisition initiation till selection & onboarding.
- Partner with customers & hiring managers in understanding their requirements and fulfilling the manpower needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate reports are submitted to the management.
- Source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates for qualified applicants.
- Review CVs, verify minimum qualifications are met according to the job description. Determines applicants general suitability based on background and experience and highlights observations on each candidates strengths and weakness.
- Rank, shortlist CVs and create a candidate summary sheet with qualifications and experience for top 3-5 candidates.
- Interview selected candidates and provided feedback and recommendation.
- Offer management, preparing and negotiating offers with selected candidates.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth and seamless candidate journey.
