Talent Acquisition Specialist

One of Middle East's leading business conglomerate is looking for a TA Specialist for their e-commerce fashion business. The brand is present in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait and is looking to enter other major markets within & outside GCC. Based in Dubai office, the role will manage talent acquisition across GCC region.

This is an exciting opportunity to build teams who will shape the business across tech, product, marketing, finance and leadership roles.

Primary Responsibilities:

Headhunt and engage top-tier talent, leveraging advanced search techniques, market mapping, and networking strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Ensure timely acquisition of best fit talent through efficient sourcing mix.

Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess suitability, and make recommendations for hire.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and relationships with potential candidates.

Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire etc.

Design an effective Onboarding framework to ensure best in class experience for new joiners.

Required Skills:

6+ years experience in a fast- paced recruitment role, ideally with agency and in-house experience. A strong track record of recruiting and sourcing candidates at all levels across different functions within sharp timeliness.

Preferred Experience: Ability to prioritize & manage multiple roles simultaneously. Work experience in Fashion Ecommerce industry in GCC.
