Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and handling recruitment and sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits programs
- Conduct background checks and verify employment references
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team and management
- Manage job postings and advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Experience in HR management and personnel management
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification is a plus
- Preferred Giza or Maadi resident
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, including recruitment and sourcing
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Experience in a technology or engineering organization is beneficial
