Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and handling recruitment and sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits programs
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment references
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team and management
  • Manage job postings and advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Experience in HR management and personnel management
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Preferred Giza or Maadi resident
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, including recruitment and sourcing
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in a technology or engineering organization is beneficial
