What you'll be doing

In your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iDataWorkers, you will be central to building a workforce that drives innovation in data analytics and business intelligence. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring alignment with iDataWorkers data-centric mission.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to attract top talent in the data and technology sectors.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to find candidates.
  • Maintaining and managing a candidate database while ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and background verifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Assisting with employer branding to position iDataWorkers as an employer of choice in the data solutions industry.
  • Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Staying up to date with trends and best practices in recruitment, specifically within the data analytics and tech industries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in data or technology fields.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience conducting various interview types.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of employee referral programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
