Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be in charge of employer branding and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the luxury or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field job
• 2 years experience.
