Job Description

Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for overseas positions.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay updated on global recruitment trends, market conditions, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with international hiring practices.

- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to attract talent from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:**

  • Saudi Nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on overseas hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of global recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in [English].
