Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.- Negotiate offers with selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the real estate sector in the UAE.- Deep understanding of the UAE job market, particularly in the real estate industry.
Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within established timelines.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
