Salary: AED 6,000 - AED 7,500
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Overseeing vendors involved in subcontracting.
- Sourcing candidates from job boards.
- Conducting headhunting using Boolean search techniques to target both active and passive candidates.
- Performing phone screenings, including PS2, to enhance candidate quality.
- Filling positions with the best-suited candidates for the project.
- Coordinating with the business team to optimize resource management.
- Meeting all internal IT and non-IT recruitment needs over a six-month period.
- Maintaining a compensation plan through periodic salary surveys, job evaluations, budget preparation, individual pay action scheduling, and recommending/implementing pay structure revisions.
- Providing weekly, monthly, or quarterly recruitment reports and analyses to Talent Acquisition Leads (TALs) or other staffing team members, including updates on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) when a Staffing Associate Lead is not present in your area.
- Posting job openings on internal and external job boards and closing openings once the hiring process is complete.
