Skillspark is looking for a talented Analyst Talent Acquisition to join our team for a 12-month contract with a prestigious financial company in Abu Dhabi. If you're passionate about talent acquisition and fluent in both Arabic and English, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:
Conduct annual manpower planning and screen CVs to identify top talent.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for all parties.
Prepare job offers and employment contracts, supporting candidates through the onboarding journey.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in talent acquisition within the financial sector or similar operations.
CIPD certification.
Bilingual Fluent in Arabic and English.
Currently based in the UAE.
