Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent 360 is hiring Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our team :

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.

Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels.

Develop and prepare job descriptions, profiles and offer letters.

Plan employer branding initiatives to attract high quality candidates.

Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company's outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.

Create new tools and ideas that help attract quality candidates.

Update the HR databases on a regular basis.

Assist in various activities and initiatives; On boarding, Internal communication, Employer Branding, training programs, organizational development.....

..etC.

Plan for employee benefits programs and initiatives.

Plan and coordinate company related events.

Submit HR related reports.

Requirements:

1- 3 years of related experience

Excellent written and spoken English

Excellent Communication Skills

Self -Motivated and initiative individual.

Source and secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels.

Conduct phone screening, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews appointments.

Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company's outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.

Create new tools and ideas that help attract quality candidates.

Work Conditions:

From Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 5:00 OR from 10:00 to 6:00 Pm

Fridays & Saturdays are off

Location : Dokki , Mohandseen , Zamalek , 6th of october, New Cairo
