The Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and HR, ideal for someone eager to start a career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening: Assist in finding and evaluating candidates through job boards, social media, and another channels.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring manager.
- Job Posting: Help create and post job ads on various platform
- Onboarding Support: Assist in launching onboarding and training programs for new hire
- Event Management: Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and onboarding session
- Database Management: Keep candidate information updated in the applicant tracking system
