We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruitment.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Job Posting:Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and other platforms to reach potential candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing:Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screening & Interviewing:Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Reporting:Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Compliance:Ensure that recruitment processes comply with all legal and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hire managers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
