Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding activities to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Hiring and Recruiting skills
• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Experience in employer branding activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
