JASARA PMC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process. You will play a vital role in helping us attract and hire top talent for our organization.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel and accommodations, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. You will also assist with pre-employment screenings, reference checks, and other tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask are also essential for success in this role.

Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruiting or HR department
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals
