- Organizes meetings and manages databases
- Books transport and accommodation
- Organizes company events and conferences
- Orders stationery and IT equipment
- Deals with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Prepares letters, presentations and reports
- Monitors the work of administrative staff
- Implements and maintains procedures/office administrative systems
- Assists the organization's HR and finance
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
