The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and retaining talent within our organization. You will design and implement effective learning and development programs that align with our business goals and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs that cater to various levels of the organization.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps and development needs across departments.
- Learning Solutions: Create and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and e-learning modules to promote continuous learning.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional growth.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with leadership to align talent development initiatives with performance management processes.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of learning by promoting development opportunities and encouraging employee participation.
- Metrics & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of development programs through data analysis and feedback, making recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
- Certification (e.g., ATD, SHRM, ICF) is a plus.
