We are seeking a motivated Talent Management Intern to support our HR team with performance management and data analysis. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management processes
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights
- Prepare and maintain reports using advanced Excel tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a solid background in data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
- Familiarity with HR functions and performance management processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
