Role Description
As a Talent Management Officer - Tamheer at Innovative Solutions, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent management within a dynamic environment. Your role will involve supporting the Human Capital team in various aspects of talent management including recruitment, employee development, and performance evaluation. This position is an excellent starting point for recent graduates aiming to build a career in HR and talent management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Support the design and implementation of talent development programs
- Participate in performance management initiatives to help improve employee productivity and engagement
- Help coordinate training sessions and developmental workshops
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital department
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in talent management and human resources
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus but not required
