Job Purpose:
- The program contributes to the qualification and technical development of young Emirati engineers, enhancing their specialized skills, while offering them opportunities for promotion through career progression.
Role Overview:
- Participate in the planning and execution of various engineering projects across different institutions and sectors of the Roads and Transport Authority.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure and transport services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct research and analyses to support project development and decision-making.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops provided by the Roads and Transport Authority.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
