Job Description:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process from job posting to candidate placement
Plan and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right talent
Conduct interviews with candidates and evaluate their qualifications and experience
Collaborate with different departments to identify job requirements
Maintain an organized candidate database and record-keeping system
Participate in developing recruitment policies and procedures
Provide regular reports on the recruitment performance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and technologies
Capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team
