Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations and Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies, manage disciplinary actions with sensitivity, and support employee welfare across four regions.
- Exit Management: Conduct respectful and seamless resignation and termination processes, including end-of-service calculations and exit-day coordination.
- HR System Management: Use ZenHR to track attendance, manage leave records, update employee data, and generate key HR reports for stakeholders.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Prepare offer letters, facilitate contracts and documentation, conduct first-day sessions, and handle visa/labor formalities for new and existing employees.
- Asset and Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of company assets, manage legal documents like trade licenses, and assist with public holiday announcements and compliance updates.
- Data Reporting and Analysis: Generate various HR reports, including attrition, attendance, and leave balances, to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Corporate Event Logistics: Offer logistical support for corporate events, travel formalities, and team-building activities.
- Medical and Legal Coordination: Enroll employees in medical insurance plans, manage renewals, and provide support for legal documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in talent relations or HR administration, with experience in a multi-regional setting preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in HR systems (ZenHR or similar), exceptional organizational abilities, and a high degree of professionalism.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an empathetic approach to employee needs.
